Project overview
Oasis music is a preschool music program. Musicians are sent to preschools and daycares to provide weekly music for the little ones.
The problem(s)
Branding was needed for the business, as well as a way to communicate the product offering to facilities. They also needed a training area for their musicians to learn the songs and have access to all information needed for each component of the curriculum, help with marketing solutions, and some video production.
The solution(s)
Branding:
I created the logo that was vibrant and incorporated a heart (client request) and using a very fun font – that was NOT Comic Sans :o)
Photo/Video Shoot:
The business obtained approval for us to come to one of their center’s locations and take photos and video of one of the musicians doing their thing.
Business Cards and Rack Cards:
I created a business card and designed a rack card using the photos from the shoot as well as a few stock images. I also used the same color palette and aesthetic allowing the potential customer to easily understand the product offering.
Video
I created a video for the website and social media that explains the service offering.
We also scheduled video shoots for the owner to record training videos for their musicians.
Marketing
I created a sales letter to accompany the rack cards in a 6×9 manilla envelope with handwritten addresses to ensure that it had the highest probability of being opened. This tactic worked fantastically for the business.
Website and Training System
I created a marketing website and training system for their musicians. The musicians could log in and view a video along with the lyrics and chords above the lyrics where they should change. The musician could also download any assets that may have been missing from their curriculum bag as well.
